• Assist the Clients Relation Manager with the liaising of building management team on any maintenance and repair related matters
• To take one's initiative on the proposal of improving the existing workflow and/or CRM system
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Perform statutory audit and prepare tax computation (Fieldwork, documentation of results & preparing financial statements)
• Polygraduate with Diploma / University Degree in Accounting
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft utility programmes
• Responsible & positive attitude
• Multi-tasking and eagers
• Local or SPR preferred
