Job Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain properties as assigned.

· Obtain quotations and liaise with contractors on maintenance/ improvement works.

· Attend to tenants’ feedbacks and manage tenant-landlord relationships.

· Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure rents are collected promptly.

· Facilitate the process of handing/ taking over of premises from the tenants.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES – ACCOUNTS:

· Bookkeeping of AP and AR in the accounting system.

· Preparing and process Purchase Order to supplier.

· Generate SOA and follow up with customers for outstanding payment.

· Prepare accounting schedule for audit.

· Assist in monthly bank reconciliation and month end closing.

· Taking part in period stock take activity.

· Handling petty cash.

· Prepare payment voucher for supplier invoice to be approve.

· Assist in quarterly report for GST submission.

· Process claims and reimbursements.

· Other duties assigned by supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES – ADMINISTRATIVE:

· Assist in report compilation and gathering of information for the management.

· Preparing documents for the warehouse department (i.e., Tax Invoice and Delivery Order for packing).

· Maintain good and traceable documentation for filing.

· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, package etc.).

· Manage E-commerce platform and prepare documents when order receive.

· Monitor office supplies and place order when necessary.

· Undertaking duties/assignments as and when appropriately assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. O level education.
• Knowledge of Bookkeeping and Account Principles.
• Good organisation, time management and scheduling skills.

Job Description:

• Develop business with by active cold calling, canvassing and meet up with new prospects
• Actively hunt for Import and Export shipments prospects
• Prepare Quotations and perform rates negotiations with hauliers, shipping lines, overseas agents etc
• Follow up with customer on Quotation status
• Co-ordinate with Customer Service and Operations Team to ensure shipments are in order
• Responsible for individual sales goals, KPIs and account receivables
• Foster and maintain customer relationship

Job Requirement:

• Preferably minimum qualification GCE O/N levels.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of Freight Operations experience within Freight Forwarding and/or NVOCC industry.
• Good knowledge of International Trade and freight forwarding processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Result driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Job description

Major job scope includes but not limited to:

Finance

• Prepare financial report for monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation reporting
• Prepare management analysis and commentary on financial performance
• Prepare and handle full set of accounts, including AR & AP function
• Quarterly GST submission and assist in preparation of annually corporate tax submission
• Long and short-term cash flow projection and monitoring
• Expenditure variance analysis and monitoring
• Petty cash reimbursement & management
• Liaise with external auditors pertaining to statutory audit
• Liaise with company secretary, bankers, local authorities and other relevant parties pertaining to finance and account related matters
• Ad hoc banking matters including cash withdrawal

Others

• Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the superior as necessary, include any ad-hoc tasks requested by HQ

Requirements:

• Degree/ACCA and above
• At least 3 years of experience managing full sets of accounts
• Strong leadership and initiative, meticulous and analytical
• Able to perform the full spectrum of accounting duties independently
• Able to manage stress and meet necessary deadlines
• Self motivated with a can do attitude important
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Able to speak & read Chinese
