Job Scope:

• Handle invoice matching task; receive, review, and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
• Perform monthly vendors’ reconciliation.
• Liaise with vendor to resolve all discrepancies in relation to billing.
• Prepare payment and submit to superior on time.
• Any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently.
• Possess adequate skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Able to meet a tight deadline.

· Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for Building Management System (BMS) on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.

· Analyses plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.

· Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required.

· Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.

· Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances.

Perform testing & commissioning of BMS.

Job Requirements:

· Project management skill is required.

· Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent

· HVAC experience and sequence of preparation for Building Management System (BMS)
