What will I be doing?

As the Senior/F&B Operation Executive, you will be responsible for performing all the floor service supervisor duties to the highest standards:

• Complete the checklist in product knowledge.
• Make suggestions on the menu that might suit guests of different nationalities.
• Familiarize with menu items of all other outlets to recommend guests to other outlets.
• Confidently know the opening hours of all restaurants and hotel outlets.
• Able to recommend other restaurants and city attractions to hotel guests.
• Actively check team members’ product knowledge on each shift.
• Undertake steps / processes to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are set to the standards required for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including the checking of the cashier desk set-up and communicating with the Chefs on any details for the shift and number of reservations for the day.
• Check reservations for the day, ensuring that the restaurant and team members have tables ready and large bookings have been confirmed by phone.
• Assist bartenders and kitchen team members where required and carry out any reasonable duties requested by the Manager.
• Ensure that all team members are briefed for the details of the shift ahead.
• Complete the checklist on preparing the restaurant for service.
• Greet guests with a smile, offer assistance with coats, bags, etc., and introduce yourself.
• Escort guests to a table and ask if they would prefer a smoking or non-smoking table.
• Follow-up on any guest questions or queries immediately and if you don’t have the answer, check with your Manager.
• Ensure that all service procedures are carried out to the standards required.
• Make sure that all areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedure.
• Supervise the restaurant roster on a daily basis and ensure it is in line with the changing business levels, making any changes in order to achieve the F&B team service standards and budget goals.
• Control the allocated labour for each shift to ensure that customer expectations are met whilst achieving the desired labour cost.
• Assist restaurant managers with training all team members for the ‘induction training’ and ‘on the job training’.
• Offer team members constructive feedback about their performance after every shift in an aim to develop their skills and confidence.
• Provide leadership and direction for all team members while on duty by offering professional skills and leading by example.
• Ensure that the shift is reviewed, handovers and briefings are carried out.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Title: Finance Executive/ Senior Finance Executive

Reprting to: Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day accounting functions and perform bookkeeping for AR, AP and GL
• Manage AR receipts, AP payments and monitor ageing report together with bank reconciliation
• Work closely with finance team to ensure PnL and other reports are done within stipulated timeline
• Work closely with operation team for daily orderings and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancy on orders and invoices
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchase price lists and highlight for the price changes

Human Resources & Admin Executive

Human Resources

• Handle full recruitment process (job postings, arranging interviews, background check, preparing employment contract, etc)
• Process Work Passes application, issuance, renewal & cancellation (including foreign worker’s bonds, PCP, etc which required by MOM)
• Manage employees on-boarding & off-boarding (conduct new employee orientations or handover process, etc)
• Perform monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, submission of tax clearance, employee reimbursement
• Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources
• Review and updating of company policy in the Employee’s Handbook
• Manage and update employee monthly timesheet and submit for finance department for account purposes
• Maintain accurate & up-to-date employee records, leaves & benefits
• Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc) (Including foreign workers (work permit); compliance of government requirements)
• Maintain and managing employee’s assets, tools, PPE listing and records
• Administer all government claims
• Prepare tax clearance for foreign employees

Administrative

• Paper works for all HR-related matters
• Assist in the process of all HR-related matters for ISO Certification

• Assist in managing and ordering pantry refreshment, stationery, office supplies

Requirements

• Min 2 years of HR experience (including HR experience on foreign workers (construction industry))
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates as well as able to communicate with foreign workers
• Good knowledge in local employment laws and practices
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent on Microsoft office (Words & Excel)
• Able to complete task on time
• Good characteristic in handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Accounting

· Day to day management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger and Balance sheet reconciliation

· Issue of invoice and purchase orders

· Implement, document, monitor and maintain financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.

· Oversee inventory records and management

· Assist in filing GST returns & corporate tax.

· Cash management

· On yearly basis, coordinate with accountant for auditing.

HR- related

· Submit CPF contribution

· Handle local staff and Foreign Workers' payroll

· Apply Renew & Issue of work permit.

· Dormitory check in & check out

· Update staff & workers leave application

Admin

· Answer and direct phone calls.

· Distribute and mailing documents.

· Develop and maintain a filling system

· Update and maintain office policies, procedures, insurance and contact list.

· Maintain office supplies.

· Provide general support to visitors.

· Ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of working experience in full set accounting and book-keeping

· Proficient in handling accounting software is a must. Experience in EZ Accounting software would be beneficial

· Able to work independently

· Strong proficiency in handling email, MS excel and word

· Good positive attitude with a bias for learning and improvement.
