Responsibilities include processing invoices, checking shipment documents, and arranging transportation. You will communicate with clients, agents, and overseas offices, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with company policies. Key tasks also include customs permit declarations and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will recommend process improvements and handle any ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant industry

• Review of draft / executed financing documents such as letters of offer / facility agreements & security / mortgage documents, validate draft financing and security documents against approvals, post acceptance documentation checks, preparation of instructions to lawyers / valuers / insurers and etc.
• Perform the daily BAU operations by supporting Business Unit’s post approval documentation processes till redemption / full repayment.
• Perform roles as the facility agent, security agent and/or account bank in syndicated financing. Activities including but not limited to active participation in negotiation of the legal documents, conditions precedent collation, conditions subsequent and covenant tracking, management of facility life cycle and information dissemination.
• Liaise with Business Units and external parties such lawyers / valuers / insurers.
• Perform checks to ensure legal and security documentation are completed, conditions precedent is fulfilled prior to activation of credit facilities, monitoring of conditions subsequent and ensure that the legal and security documents are being custodized.
• In charge of preparing letters / reports, updating of registers and custodians of documents.
• Manage day-to-day business transactions to ensure that the agreed turnaround time with the business is met
• Ensures accuracy, efficiency and meets the agreed turnaround time with the Business Units while minimizing operational risks and losses.
• Able to contribute to process improvements and participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree
• Min 5 years Sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in the Oil and Gas / Marine industry
• Good communication skill
• Motivated and self-driven

Job description:

1. Identify, acquire, develop and expand customer base in the different verticals within the Oil and Gas and Marine industry.
2. Follow up with customers/prospects on the RFQ/enquiry status.
3. Conduct presentation on proposals and deliverables to promote and achieve sales closure.
4. Customer relationship building and manage customers’ expectations by conducting regular visit and facilitating exchange correspondence
5. Keep abreast of market and industry development and give regular feedback and recommendation to internal organisation.
