Responsibilities:

• Developing new accounts by engaging proactively in sales activities and subsequently converting them into key accounts.
• Identify clients’ needs through consultative approach and provide suitable business solutions to meet clients’ requirements
• Assist with the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
• To meet or exceed sales target set by company.
• Constantly be updated with in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of sales/ account management experience.
• Good command of English with ability to write well.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in corporate sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the clients’ needs.
• Ability to multi-task in a highly challenging and dynamic environment.

Job Description:

1. Supervise staffs to ensure productivity & quality requirement & delivery schedules are met.

2. Monitor print quality to ensure it meets customers standards

3. Liaise & coordinate with all relevant internal functional sections on specific job-related issues to enhance job logistics

4. Monitor press capacities to ensure it meet the demand of monthly job loading

5. Liaise with Engineering section to ensure machines readiness is at highest-level

6. Ensure staffs’ discipline compliance to operating/housekeeping/safety practices

Requirements:

1. Min 5-years working experience as Production Supervisor in offset printing industry

2. Require strong verbal & writtern communication skills

3. Strictly No Colour Blindness

4. Able to work on rotation shift

• Identifies and qualifies prospective clients, seek opportunities for new sales through client and market research.
• Keeps clients informed of new products/service offerings and assists with translating client and channel partner needs into actionable insights.
• Provides administrative support to the sales teams, including the development of channel sales product promotions and co-marketing activities.
• Any other adhoc duties as and when required
