The Role

This position will support the Investor Relations department in managing communication between the company’s corporate management and the investors.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of investor relations materials such as press releases, announcements, presentations, website contents, and speeches.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Administrative Support:

• Manage and organize the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle daily emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the CEO, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Prepare and organize meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.

Communication and Coordination:

• Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage communication and coordination tasks to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
• Assist in organizing and arranging key business events, meetings, and industry functions.

Document Management:

• Organize and file important company documents and contracts.
• Draft and review internal and external correspondence and reports.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all documents and records.

Project Support:

• Assist the CEO in managing and tracking key projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare project reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

Organizational Skills:

• Handle urgent matters and prioritize tasks to ensure the CEO can focus on critical work.
• Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.

Travel Arrangements:

• Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Manage travel-related expenses and administrative tasks.

Other Duties:

• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO.
  Provide ad-hoc support as needed to meet the company's business and operational needs.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Background in real estate or finance preferred; experience in a real estate company is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with prior executive assistant or administrative support experience preferred.
• High level of enthusiasm, strong stress tolerance, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
