Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative and HR operations task assigned
• Application, renew and cancellation of work passes.
• Prepare time sheet, review, and verify workers' time sheet.
• Process payroll.
• Maintain of employee data including create Personal files.
• Submission of IR8A/IR21.
• Assist hiring in selection of candidates with right competencies, experience and culture fit.
• Assist on boarding managers to enhance effectiveness of orientation, induction and assimilation programs.
• Ad-hoc duties the assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Admin, Business or any equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Independent, good communication, good organisational skills, and with multi-tasking abilities.
