THE POSITION

What does the role looks like?

• Support Senior Management and Regional Office understanding and decision making by preparing internal and external business performance reports, presentations and review packages.
• Perform variance and financial statement analysis for monthly closing and in preparation of 3-month outlook.
• Partner with Business Units (BU) & Departments to drive periodic financial planning exercises.
• Support Business Units (BU) & Departments in decision making and enquires by developing & maintaining the Business Units (BU) & Departments P&L
• Analyze and monitor significant expenses to ensure it is within plan
• Main focal point to prepare and coordinate with Business Units (BU) & Departments planners in the preparation and development of company’s Mid-Range Plan (MRP), 1-Year Plan (1YP) and Half-Year RePlan
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support immediate manager

The Challenges

• Setting up the Commercial Juice Bar
• Crafting a diverse menu of delectable fruit juices with smoothies to align with current health trends by incorporating nutrient-dense ingredients and exploring innovative processing techniques for a contemporary and health-conscious appeal
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the fruit bar, including guidelines for both operational protocols and housekeeping practices
• To oversees and to ensure smooth operation of the Juice Bar
• To lead and train Store Team Members to provide optimum customer service, ensure store-wide adherence to operational procedures, achieve sales growth and profitability
• Suggest suitable equipment and supplier options

What It Takes

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running the juice bar operations independently

Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and conceptualising sports/ social activities within budgeted funds

Job Responsibilities:

Laboratory Operations

• Maintain the relevant laboratory licenses, permits and certifications.
• Coordinate checks on chemical orders, maintain the chemical inventory and their corresponding Safety Data Sheets.
• Coordinate the chemical and biological waste management.
• Conduct trainings on the use of some common equipment.
• Coordinate lab space allocations for the researchers.

Safety

• Ensure that duties are carried out in compliance to ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Administration
