2. Key Responsibilities

a. Service Management Performance

• To achieve service standards as set out For Treasures onshore staff to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention whilst educating customers about Treasures Service and benefits eg. self-service banking facilities
• To ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner.

b. Customer Care

• Ensuring that results of CSAT, monthly service monitoring Sessions and customer satisfaction surveys eg. Centre Audits / Mystery Shopping adhere to the set standard.

c. Service Improvement Programs and Teamwork

• To participate in Service & Process Improvement initiatives and other team-related activities

d. Activities/Operations

• To reach out to customers at the Treasures Centre, manage queues and assist with the seamless delivery of service to Treasures customers.
• To assist with documentation and handling of account openings and closures
• To assist with complex or time-consuming servicing of accounts including:
  - CPF Investment account reimbursement
  - Change of signature/ Customer profile updates
  - ATM card replacement/ Other Self Service Banking application
  - Cash handling operation.
  - To support Centre with day end batching and reporting

Job Description

Your job responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage new accounts
• Coordination with drivers, ensuring clients' order(s) are delivered on time
• Work closely with the team to provide appropriate support, to maintain and gain business in line with business strategy
• Carry out joint and solo visits to new and existing customers to follow up on their accounts
• Keep abreast of industry updates and policies
• Prepare invoices and follow up on clients' account, to ensure the accounts are up to date
• To perform standby duties after office hours and attend to clients calls
• To oversee works carried out by contractors / drivers
• Ability to resolves issues and risk

Requirement:

• Preferably experience in petroleum industry
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Results oriented personnel who have demonstrated good track record in handling account management
• Possess own vehicle will be an added advantage

Job Description

· Assist in overseeing lounge operations as required.

· Assist in coordinating lounge operations including planning staff schedules, and relevant reports/paperwork.

· Assist in re-deploy staff where required and ensure that manpower requirements are met for all the various group of staff.

· Assist in training new staff in the outlet, ensure product knowledge is accurately delivered to staff.

· Responsible for all ordering, inventory, stationery and stocks for daily use in outlet.

· Participate and help the staff with the daily operations

· Attend to customers’ complaints and feedbacks.

· Receiving and maintaining records and account for food, beverage and store supplies received from vendors.

· Conducting and submitting monthly consumption and inventory check report

· Any additional duties (including hands on cleaning duties) as and required

Requirements

· Relevant hands-on experience in related field

· Diploma or Degree Holders without experience but with strong willingness to learn are also welcome, training will be provided

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· Able to accept 6 days rotating shift working hours as required by airport’s operations (Morning shift, afternoon shift and midnight shift)
