We are seeking a Management Executive with Digital Skills is responsible for overseeing and implementing digital strategies to enhance the organization's overall operations. This role involves managing digital platforms, optimizing online presence, and utilizing digital tools for business growth.

Role Overview

The management executives assist the Management in specialised support and/or operations management functions required to keep our company operationally ready.

This role is suitable for you if you take pride in challenges and problem solving and allows you to gain experience in an array of tasks hence, allowing you to accumulate transferrable skills for development and progression.

Responsibilities:

1. Platform Operations:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online platform.

· Ensure the platform's functionality, responsiveness, and user-friendly design.

2. Strategy Development:

· Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for online platform growth.

· Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Content Management:

· Coordinate the creation and distribution of digital content.

· Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

4. Digital Marketing:

· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

· Identify digital opportunities and trends to enhance organizational effectiveness.

5. Online Presence Management:

· Oversee the organization's digital presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms.

· Ensure brand consistency and optimize content for online visibility.

6. E-commerce Management:

· Oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

· Implement strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer journey.

· Experience in working in start-ups and fast paced environments.

· Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Strong financial acumen and budget management skills

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to adapt and learn new roles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a public-facing role.
• Willing to work at site office environment.
• Good communication skills.
• MRT working experience would be an added advantage.
• Independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.

Job Description:

• Handle full spectrum of CH Group HR activities and perform day-to-day HR & Admin functions
• Handle payroll and preparation of monthly salary reports
• Handle recruitment and related activities, work closely with hiring managers on manpower needs
• Handle onboarding and orientation for new staff
• Handle staff resignation and exit clearance
• Administer all work pass related matters including application / renewal / cancellation / appeals, etc
• Administer and maintain accurate employee records
• Leave management
• Handle WICA and medical insurance claims
• Ensure timely submission for statutory matters like IR21, MOM surveys, Levy waiver, Government paid leave and NS man claims
• Facilitate staff training and maintain staff training records
• Insurance policies renewal
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or relevant studies with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• A good team player
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous, positive and proactive, independent and willing to put in extra effort and time to complete the task on schedule
• Possess good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in the design, planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

-Support the brand’s style direction with creative content / ideas and maintain brand consistency.

-Assist in photo shoots, social media posts and videos and produce content for company website and social media sites.

- Knowledge in the beauty industry is a plus.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication or Marketing related discipline

- Proficient in an array of visual and interactive design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or other design applications
