• Create new project and system numbers in SAP system for cost capturing
• Review actual cost incurred against budget
• Work and liaise with Project Department (person-in-charge) on specific projects

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a related industry

• Preferably a degree in marine engineering and naval architecture
• Engineering knowledge is preferred
• Able to read and understand technical drawings

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Schools to activate opening/closing of application period for applicants to apply online.
• Verify the information submitted by shortlisted applications for Master’s subsidized programs.
• Provide guidance for Schools to process admission of students for non-subsidized programs.
• Verify supporting documents for applicants who enroll for subsidized programs.
• Transfer data to active table and ensure data are accurate before freezing of statistics.
• Generate data for matriculated students who enroll for non-subsidized programs, send to Schools for verification and make amendments before freezing of statistics.
• Provide statistical reports for KPI data submission and Performance Review Forum periodically.
• Provide statistics to Office of International Affairs and Institutional Statistics Unit on ad-hoc basis, as and when they require student data.
• Reply queries from role-based on applications/admissions process.
• Update intent and responses in Lyon chatbot.
• Proactive and adaptable with strong ability to prioritize multiple task simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma Holders with at least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in an academic sector.
