Job Descriptions:
ยท Develop, coordinate and administer all recruitment process
ยท Conduct initial screening and interview of potential candidates
ยท Review and evaluate applications for employment
ยท Drive the recruitment process by actively sourcing for talent in the related fields
ยท Develop strong relationship and work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements to fulfill the business needs as to maximize the effectiveness of recruitment process
ยท Assist in reviewing job description before advertising and using professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
ยท Responsible for gathering necessary paperwork with the new hires before their start date and conduct reference checks when required
ยท Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and briefing to shortlisted candidates on the employment terms and conditions
ยท Conduct the full on-boarding process of new hires (e.g. employment contract, register of medical insurance, issuance of uniform and etc)
ยท Organize and update employee files at the same time maintained security and confidentiality of employeeโs information
ยท Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
ยท Monitor uniform inventory and handle issuance of company assets
ยท Responsible for letters preparation (e.g. transfer letter, confirmation letter, acceptance of resignation and etc)
ยท Administer employeesโ confirmation and ensure timely processing of documentation
ยท Arrange and liaise with external vendor for the course for employees
ยท Process work passes application, renewal, cancellation and medical check-up and travel arrangement for foreign employees
ยท Liaise with schools and respective government bodies for internship and career programmes
ยท Manage offboarding related activities including exit interview
ยท Assist in employee disciplinary and grievance issues
ยท Adhoc initiatives and assignments as and when assign by the management
Requirements:
ยท Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
ยท Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented and able to work independently and as a team
ยท Proactive, able to mulit-task and work in a fast paced environment
ยท Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and sensitivity regarding employee information
ยท Good knowledge on employment legislations
ยท Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
ยท Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willing to learn
ยท At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
ยท Able to start work immediately is preferred
