6. Upkeep the records of the purchase and capture the cost incurred in the facility department to update management on a regular basis.
7. Monitor the expiry of licenses of equipment’s and send timely renewal notices to the concerned in charge for timely action.
8. Update of Monthly reporting to management with regards to KPI , Utility consumption, Maintenance cost incurred for the whole facility department. Ensure monthly expenditure is within the planned budget.

The Write Connection is a premier learning centre in Singapore. Our Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are among the best in the industry as we hold them to high standards to deliver premium service to our customers.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications
• Possess at least 2 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities
• Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)
