The responsibilities of this role are:

• A degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
• Possessing a Masters degree, PhD degree and relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
• At least 10 years working experience in embedded firmware and/or software applications in an engineering environment.
• Knowledge in Vue, High chart software or MQTT will be advantageous.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, C/C++, Python and Java
• Hands-on experience in embedded system design and implementation (IoT, sensors, Single Board Computers, Microcontroller)
• Knowledge related to Machine Learning or AI will be advantageous.
• Work independently, as well as within a team, to ensure that the project can meet the milestones adhering to the stipulated timeline
• Extensive experience and knowledge of industry practices to bring industry perspective to the university
• Keen interest in innovation projects, with demonstrated ability in developing solutions to technical problems.
• Strong supervisory skills and enjoy working closely with students in an educational environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency to keep abreast of development in the field and pursue professional certification programs.
• Possess industrial certifications in relevant areas will be an added advantage.

Job Description

• Manage the full spectrum of HR function
• Manage employee lifecycle and other HR & Admin day-to-day operations.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Advise and coach the line managers on effective performance management guidance to line management (e.g., sick leave, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) and engagement of the teams.
• Provide HR advisory services and main point of contact for managers and employees for enquiries.
• Prepare a variety of written correspondence including staff reports, memorandum, letters, etc

Qualifications & other Job Requirement

• Diploma holder in Human Resource
• Minimum 2 years of HR generalist and people management experience
• Strong understanding and applications of the Employment Act and HR practices
• Must be familar with MOM's work pass requirements and processes and related EP & WP online systems
• Strong relationship building and business partnering skills to engage stakeholders and build rapport across all levels
• High degree of professional integrity and discreet in handling confidential and sensitive issues
• Ability to manage ambiguity with analytical and problem-solving skills, and decison-making capability
• Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills.

Operations & Planning Executive
Working hours: 10am - 7pm Mondays to Fridays, 10am - 6pm Sat.
Salary range $2500 - $3800
Working Location: Office/HQ – Macpherson

Job Responsibilities:

• To Ensure smooth daily operations, overseeing various aspects such as production, quality control, logistics, and employee management, includes reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements to optimize company processes.
• To ensure products or services meet quality standards by setting criteria, monitoring outputs, and conducting audits.
• Efficient resource management, including manpower, materials, and time, is crucial to meet production targets.
• Overseeing inventory levels, liaising with suppliers, and managing procurement processes are essential to avoid stock shortages or wastage.
• To Coordinate with departments and external vendors ensures timely delivery of products or services.
• Managing teams involves scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and evaluating performance.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in operations management, project management, and strategic management
• Prior experience in operations management or a similar role
• Knowledgeable in strategic planning and project management
• Having experience in preparing financial reports
• Framing human resource policies and monitoring whether they are followed or not. Prior experience working in a managerial role.

They are looking for a marketing executive enthusiast who possess a combination of graphic design and social media management to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to oversee and manage social media and digital platform including microsites.
• Develop content and artwork for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
