Main Duties & Responsibilities

Singapore

• Serve as a member of the Singapore country leadership team (CLT)
• Provide financial advice and counsel to CLT and responsible for supporting the team on strategy development and execution, resource allocation, portfolio management, and opportunity identification and maximization
• Responsible for developing and maintaining sound financial processes, including supporting systems, for budgets, latest forecasts, and local management reports.
• Leads the market Budget and Long-Range Plan submissions to Area Finance in accordance with defined group reporting requirements.
• Leads communication and alignment with Area Finance regarding financial submissions requirements.
• Close collaboration with Global Finance Services to ensure forecast and actual data loaded into multiple financial reporting applications and management reports are accurate and aligned.
• Responsible for obtaining a solid understanding of the market and global AstraZeneca portfolio of brands and functional areas along with key business drivers, risk factors, and trends and applying this knowledge.
• Provide commercial insights to cross-functional teams and support business growth through rigorous evaluation of P&L, key business drivers, and understanding of risks and opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited College or University (degree in Finance or Accounting preferred)
• >10 years of post-qualification experience, with minimum
