1.1 Take charge of new & existing Japanese Clients of Overseas Travel Accident Insurance (OTAI) and Overseas Travel Accident Plus (OTAP)

1.17 To support Japanese Expats requests which are related to using Japanese language (including communication between Japan HQ) when needed

EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Certification in Baisc Insurance Concepts and Principle (BCP), Commercial General Insurance (CGI), Personal General Insurance (PGI), Health Insurance (HI) is required

Responsibilities:

• Handle closing of accounts and prepare full set of accounts within tight deadline
• Perform data entry of Purchasing Invoices, Receipts, Payments and Journal Entries in Dynamics 365 Business Central system
• Raise payment vouchers and journal vouchers for various disbursements for approval

Job Purpose

This is a role in SMBC’s Private Wealth Group and it includes supporting the establishment of credit and risk policies and responsibility for private wealth related credit products including structured lending (single stock financing), Lombard lending, mortgage lending and insurance related lending. • Achieve Trade Finance related business targets
• Assist Head Trade Finance in mobilizing Business volumes and budgeted levels of all Trade Finance products through active involvement in marketing and service delivery.
