Mon – Thurs : 8:30am – 6:00pm
Friday : 8:30am – 5:30pm
(inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Job scope
• Support the leadership feedback exercises for HTX leaders, including scheduling and coordination of briefings, monitoring of returns, creating suitable publicity and comms materials.
• Organise onboarding and engagement sessions for HTX Associates & Scholars (in-service and studying scholars)
• Handle the administration of training & milestone courses for talents, from registration to invoice verification and payment processing.
• Support HTX’s sponsorship and scholarship cycles for in-service Xponents, including the application process, interview preparation and schedule briefing sessions on the Sponsorship Agreement with awarded trainees and their sureties.
• Support HTX Scholarship (for pre-service) to process, update and track invoices and payment to scholars and schools
• Support HTX’s mentoring programme, including conducting check-ins and soliciting inputs from mentees/mentors where required.
• Support career planning and deployment processes for talents.
• Support in gathering and compilation of data for talent reporting purposes, as required.
• Support the HR team in other areas of work on a needs basis when required.
Requirements
The job holder should be:
• A self-starter who is detailed, meticulous and organised.
• Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Good writing and communication skills
• Experience in Public Service HR and/or working with educational institutes, training providers and known learning agencies, at least 3 years, would be an added advantage. Salary ranges from $2,800 to $3,700 per month depending on qualifications and relevant working experience.
