Financial Management

• Play a key role in formulating and implementing accounting policies and procedures in accordance with CAS (Charity Accounting Standards) and relevant statutory requirements.

This role will report into and work closely with the Regional Finance Director for APAC who is also based in Singapore.

The incumbent will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Finance Manager and CFO, and overseeing the financial operations of the organization which include the preparation of a full set of accounts, liaison with external parties e.g. auditors, banks, tax agents, corporate secretaries, customers etc, preparation of monthly reports, annual budget, and other financial reports and analysis.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Review financial reports/management reports, AR and AP, and GST reporting.

Financial Operations:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments & receipts, and general ledger activities.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Operations and Controls, you will be responsible for the following key processes within the Group Operations and Controls team:

• Billing & Receivables – support the business units in the accurate and timely billing of sales invoices, recovery of the outstanding customers debts to maintain a healthy days sales outstanding, and timely completion of daily bank reconciliations.
