Job Description – Finance Manager

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will

· Responsible for the finance function and financial books of the subsidiaries assigned

· Prepare and present periodic financial statements, budgets and financial reports to the management team and key stakeholders

· Responsible for the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

· Manage the payroll and incentive functions of the company, including computing or checking of internal and contract staff payroll and incentives, all CPF and IR8A related matters and submissions;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with Professional Accreditation (CA/CPA)
• Min 8 years of experience, with a good mix of commercial accounting, audit experience from CPA firms and at least 2 years in a manager role
• Good technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, transfer pricing and statutory requirements
• Experienced and with a track record of successful process transformation implementation.
