Job Description:

• To handle all spectrums of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (Data entries, invoice processing, payments, receipts, claims and vouchers etc).
• Perform journal entries for various financial transactions, such as accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
• Assist in month-end activities, including GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly GST report.
• Assist in year-end audit.
• Assist Accountant on all accounts related activities and responsibilities.
• Assist in prepare board resolutions, minutes and any other ancillary documents
• Assist in maintain and update company database and filing systems.
• Assist in daily administration, office maintenance, IT matters, mails, couriers, insurance renewal and any administration requirements.

• Process all suppliers invoices and credit notes related to inventory by verifying against GRN and PO.

Ensure correct application of taxes in the suppliers invoices.

• Update invoice files and post transactions to Purchase Ledger/General Ledger.

• Monthly revaluation of foreign currency payables.

• Check and ensure all the expense/travel claims are according to the policy and with proper authorisation.

• Process weekly and monthly payments for staff claims and local suppliers by generating the csv file for upload to bank.

• Prepare monthly payment proposal for foreign suppliers and coding of accounting entries for payment made.

• Issuing of cheque with approval from Finance Manager/Accounting Manager

• Reconciliation of Purchase Ledger vs General Ledger.

Account Servicing Officer (Banking/East/6 months contract/Up to $4000)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough technical verification checks on customer income documents and manage the creation or maintenance of credit cards and unsecured loans accounts in the Bank's operating systems (critical).
2. Seamlessly toggle between various systems to perform pre-processing and accurate data entries (critical).
