• Prepare the necessary agreements and process any payment, if required
• Ensure all required documents are in place for each successful application
• Compute the liquidated damages for breaking of bonds
• Maintain all databases and Pfiles

• Work with internal stakeholders such as HR and Finance, external stakeholders such as training vendors
• Generate reports and provide logistic support such as room booking, set-up and preparation of materials as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experiences in education or training industry
• Preferably with good knowledge of SSG, MOM and MOH regulations

• Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP), including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations.
• Prepare monthly new hires’ report and liaise with Workforce Singapore (WSG) and ASMI on CCP eligibility assessment.
• Work with departments and CCP participants on registration and monitor the progress.
• Track the outcomes of the placement programmes through reports and collection of success stories.
• Administer the funding grants, includes tracking and preparing necessary documentation and submission for reimbursement claims.
• Maintain and update all CCP records for audit and compliance purpose.

• Assist and support in collaboration with Government Agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), including attending meetings with managers and organise industry visit.
• Support in the design and implement organization development or change interventions to ensure that the organization strategies are delivered for long term sustainability.
• Support in talent development programme to support company’s retention / growth and succession planning.
• Participate in HR related projects, company events and development programme.
• Assist in preparation for human resources management or development policies and processes
• Assist in monthly HR reporting, including compilation of monthly HR statistics, prepare Senior Management Meeting report, Board Paper, Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
• Assist in MOM/Misc, tender questionnaires and other ad-hoc survey.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Min 2-3 years in experience in HR generalist, focusing on human capital development and operational support.
• Good knowledge of government regulations and well-versed with various government grants or funding for developing talents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint and creating presentations preferred.

1. To assist in the overall management and technical operations of the Marine Fleet that includes the preparation, review and management of all technical documentation, vessel certificates, maintenance records, compliance records and etc.
2. Providing the necessary administrative support and coordination for any vessel inspections, repairs and docking works.
3. Assist in liaising with customers on technical and operational matters that inclusive of vessel performance etc.
4. Attending to vessel docking, repairs and surveys when requires and carry out supervision on any contractors' repair / maintenance works on board the vessel.
5. Monitoring the technical status of vessel in term of Class certificates and surveys and ensure that all statutory certificates, equipment certificates, etc, are properly maintained, documented and up to date.
6. To identify and source for technical and operational supplies required for the vessel's need. Coordinate with the suppliers for timely delivery to the vessels.
7. Monitoring and controlling of the vessels consumables to prevent unnecessary wastage.
8. To keep track of the vessels LSA, FFA, cargo hoses registry, lifting gear registry and PPE of all shipboard personnel.
9. Appointed as safety committee member to carry out ool-box meeting for the vessels and attend to vessel inspections.
10. To work closely with the HSE team to ensure the smooth implementation and compliance of company's safety and quality standards.
11. To assist in investigating any defects / failures occurred and reporting all vessel incidents, near misses to prevent and eliminate any potential incidents.
12. To assist in maintaining crew records that inclusive of certifications, training, medical checks and coordinating in crew changes.
13. To undertake any other technical related tasks and assignements as and when required.
