The Role:

• Lead the design and implementation of programs that promote the company’s core values and culture.
• Act as a culture ambassador and work with internal teams, to ensure cultural alignment across all levels of the organization
• Conduct culture assessments and provide actionable insights

• Develop and execute engagement initiatives
• Lead employee surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans at Corporate level

• Facilitate open communication across the organization by developing platforms that encourage dialogue, feedback, and transparency

• Communicate and promote engagement programs, ensuring employees are well-informed about opportunities for involvement.
• Monitor employee engagement metrics and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze trends from engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives that foster a sense of belonging within the workplace
• Assist in designing employee onboarding processes that introduce new hires to the company’s culture and values effectively
• Engage in talent retention strategies that reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction

The Person:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR
• Possess at least 2 years of related HR experience in organizational development / culture development / employee engagement
• Proven experience in driving culture and engagement initiatives
• Experience in organizing company-wide events and employee recognition programs
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies
• Knowledge of best practices in organizational culture, employee engagement, and DEI
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and people skills

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of corporate services such as company incorporation, company secretarial services, accounting, and tax compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset
• Strong negotiation skills with a client-centric approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/SPM equivalent
• Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector prferred
• Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage
• Proficient in English to liaise with English-speaking clients
• Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
• Confident communicator with good verbal skills
• Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
• Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
• Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude

FINANCE EXECUTIVE (Junior)

Working days: 5 days (Office Hours)

Salary (Commensurate with Experience): $2,800 to $3,500 + Bonus

JOB SUMMARY:

Updating of client’s financial accounts and records. Their duties include checking accounting records for accuracy, tracking invoices and payments and maintaining a system for organizing company documents.

Ensuring that transactions are processed promptly and accurately in accordance to the Service Level Agreements with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, maintain and administer client’s accounts with a variety of monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, monthly payroll, GST reporting and payment administration.
• Preparation of clients’ deliverables (i.e. monthly management accounts, reporting packages, schedules)
• Assist clients with accounting related issues.
• Manage queries and provide support during audit exercises.
• Any ad-hoc internal assignments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Accountancy and above
• Work experiences in business outsourcing would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Able to work independently to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision.
