Position Purpose:

This role as Product Executive will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Senior Brand Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s product planning and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

Position Purpose:

Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, the Senior Finance Analyst will partner with the Business Unit Managers and support groups to provide the necessary guidelines, strategies, plans, processes and controls in the region and divisional brand P&Ls.

Responsibilities:

A. Budgeting/Forecasting & Variance Analysis

• Analyze revenue, profitability by brand/customer/channel/market with quality commentary
• Provide analytical support to cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects and cashflow forecast

B. Financial Reporting

Reporting

As a Senior Crew Executive, you will manage the day-to-day operations and policies regarding the sea-going staff of heavy-lift crane barges and land-based contract staff. You support our organization’s quality, safety, and environmental management system in the process of continuous improvement. In this regard, you assume responsibility and accountability for supporting and coaching any staff under your care.

Your responsibilities as a senior crew executive (includes but are not limited to):

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily crewing functions, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement crewing strategies for recruitment and retention, contract and performance management, disciplinary actions, and all trainings, insurance claims and manage crew budgets.
• Handle crew mobilization and demobilization, including Singapore Work Pass, travel, visas, and accommodations, efficiently and cost-effectively.
