For this role, you will organize, consolidate, and analyze financial and sales data to generate reports for management. The aim is to ensure that business operations are well-organized and aligned with the company's set goals.

Job Description:

• Collate, consolidate and analyze data to prepare various reports for Management (including group companies)
• Assist in conducting internal and external reviews to identify and report strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and propose initiatives to enhance the company's and group's organizational efficiency
• Assist in formulating and implement organization’s strategy to achieve broad strategic goals
• Coordinate with all departments to develop and implement action plans to achieve short- and long-term business goals as set out by HQ in Japan
• Collaborate closely with all departments and Group to ensure new projects are aligned with the organization’s strategies and values
• Assist in monitoring the planning and implementation of business initiatives to all functions, including providing support assistance to all departments for smooth project accomplishment
• Assist in managing and coordinating organization development initiatives by organizing regular management meetings

Job Requirements:

• Individuals with no experience (but with an interest in Corporate Planning) can apply
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline or diploma holder with 2-3 years' experience is preferred
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Detail-oriented with a strong business sense
• Aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem-solving
• Strong analytical thinking and management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company, reporting to the Finance Manager.

· Handle full set of accounts, AR, AP and month end closing.

· Preparation and submission of monthly GST.

· Monthly bank reconciliation.

· Credit limit control and weekly review on AR.

· Prepare daily payment by internet banking or cheque payment.

· Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for company related matters.

· Prepare staffs IR8A & IR21.

· Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.

· Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet schedules.

· Assist in monthly stock take.

Requirements

· Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;

• Process and manage medical claims in a timely manner
• Ensure all relevant supporting documents are provided by employee and medical centre
• Evaluate and renew insurance with medical centres on a yearly basis

Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR Manager

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management would be advantageous
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment or similar job scope is preferred
