This role focuses on providing financial insights and key metrics to guide equipment purchase decisions while supporting process automation and ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting transactions and month-end closing for insurance products.
• Support process design and automation of data flow between the company, insurance partners, and Asurion.
• Implement controls to ensure compliance, governance, and asset protection.
• Analyze systems, risks, and processes, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, especially for inventory management.
• Provide clear reporting on inventory and logistics costs, offering insights into cost drivers, pricing, and planning metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis on cost variances, resolving issues promptly with leadership.
• Create and maintain reports for key cost metrics, supporting both insurance and non-insurance products.
• Handle monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for stock levels and equipment costs.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement projects to enhance business efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
• Min 4 years of finance working experiences, preferably from Big 4/telecommunication/supply chain/logistics or insurance background
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as Power BI, Hyperion, Oracle or other SAP systems
• Experience working with large amounts of data and ability to comprehend and analyze data finding and forecast future trends

The Role:

What Do You Need to Have?

• Candidate MUST possess a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic or any related discipline.
• Candidate MUST possess 5 to 8 years of sales/business development working experience in the Logistic/3PL/Supply Chain industry with experiences in Business Development in Contract Logistics.
• Knowledge of RFQ and Tender procedures.
• Proposal writing skills and knowledge of warehousing, logistics services and supply chain management (both operational and strategic).
• Working knowledge of various costing methods and cost drivers (Fixed/Variable /Activity).
