• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting
• At least 2 years of working experience in Business Admin/ accounting / Finance coordinator
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to details and highly meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
• Able to work in fast paced environment/can work independently
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Fast learner
• Strong advantage if you can speak/read Korean

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking charge of admin and finance functions in the Senior Centre
• Preparing client Service Contracts
• Processing fee invoices and handling fee collection
• Processing clients’ daily attendance and transportation schedule
• Processing subvention claims for submission to regulatory agencies
• Taking charge of inventory controls and equipment maintenance
• Overseeing purchasing functions
• Supporting administration of customer service and client feedback
• Updating the attendance tracking file
• Checking all clients’ missed sessions are supported by documents and credit notes are appropriately applied
• Creating ad-hoc invoices whenever needed
• Preparing the finance documents updating and submissions which includes: fee reconciliation, monthly statistics
• Organising and conducting the “mystery shopper” interviews to source for industry players’ fees/rates for the various services and tabulate the findings
• Participating/Leading in projects assigned by the head of section

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business Management or any other relevant Diploma from Polytechnic
• Min. 2 years experience in administration and financial portfolios [including customer services and handling service contracts]
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Word and Excel
