Role Summary

As part of a team, the individual shall undertake system administration tasks and provide support services to users of our group wide NetSuite ERP system (One World). Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimisation of our ERP solution(s).

As NetSuite System Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our NetSuite ERP system. This includes managing user access, technical troubleshooting, configuration, customisations, data integrity and providing ongoing support to end users (including issue resolution, answering questions about functionality, and providing guidance on best practices). Your efforts will play a crucial role in ensuring that the system meets the operational requirements of the organisation and that users have a positive experience with the system and can maximise its value for their business functions.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration:

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience as NetSuite Administrator or other ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including migrations, configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting.
