As a LNG financial trader you will trade the financial exposures of the LNG portfolio within pre-defined risk framework; working with physical teams to identify opportunities, monetise flexibility and risk-manage positions. What You’ll Do

As a LNG Financial Trader you will understands the LNG markets, providing accurate and live quotes, able to advise on liquidity, execution strategies and timing (intra-day through to seasonal) including providing pricing & formula reviews and working with analysts and teams (e.g. Digital) to develop pricing tools from vanilla to exotic pricing . You will also:

• Execute financial orders & hedging needs for the LNG (Physical) Trading team across all assets/indices including European Gas (e.g. TTF, NBP, PEG, Zee), US gas (e.g. HH), Oil (e.g. Brent, ,JCC), Financial LNG (e.g. JKM, NWE, W India) and freight (FFAs).

• Work with the physical teams (LNG Trading and LNG Structured Trading/Origination) to assist in developing and implementing trading strategies (and testing thereof), hedging and position-management, complex structures (e.g. optionality linear and non linear style), new deals and joint value-creation opportunities;

• Proprietary trading across assets/indices such as arb and basis diff strategies, flat price both on intraday level and mid to long term period, term structure arbitrage,volatility strategies in cross commodities framework using relative value arbitrage,momentum and options within defined risk parameters (e.g. V@R, max DD etc..); in addition to contributing towards joint P&L targets for the broader LNG team by capturing the extrinsic value of the global portfolio using strategies such as dynamic delta hedge framework ;

• Support enhancing deal-process and controls for all LNG financial trading activity, including financial trade bookings, validation, reconciliations, position reporting, technical accounting and hedge accounting (“HA”). Understand both the constraints and opportunities of HA framework, and anticipates HA effects of desired trades;

• Collaborates with wider trading organisation (including Gas Trading desk) to coordinate trading positions, identify synergies/overlaps, optimise Group cash/flow liquidity positions ensuring efficient deployment of resources and positions across trading desks beyond LNG.

What You’ll Bring

Your experience of physical and financial energy markets, with a focus on European Gas hubs and Oil, (ideally also power, coal, emissions) is key for success. You will have previous experience in financial trading and execution, effective position tracking, tracking market dynamics and trends. You will also have:

• Experience in options trading across gas and oil/products markets valuing, trading and managing subsequent positions.

• Having a global understanding of the energy complex in its entire value chain, cross barrels trading experience and multi products/cross commodities trading, a track record in oil/products is a plus.

• Ability to conceptualize fundamentals drivers and translate them into quantitative strategies under proprietary trading mandates.

•Deep understanding of statistical arbitrage and systematic strategies (e.g. Hidden Markov Chains, spectral decomposition, multi factor models, pair trading, PCA/ICA distance approach ).

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in delivering successful recruitment projects by establishing strong relationships with clients and candidates worldwide. Your responsibilities will include understanding job requirements, identifying highly qualified candidates, and achieving sales targets. Working closely with our experienced team, you will leverage your expertise to connect the right candidates with the right opportunities, build enduring relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of our business. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct executive candidate searches to fulfill clients' global business expansion and recruitment needs.
• Provide professional consultancy services to clients and candidates, fostering lasting relationships through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs. Offer valuable career and recruitment advice, as well as market insights, to candidates and clients.
• Manage the full spectrum of recruitment services, from initial client and candidate meetings to candidate assessment and identification, presenting suitable candidates to clients, facilitating the entire hiring process, and skillfully negotiating offers.
• Achieve business sales targets by developing new opportunities with existing and potential clients, driving sales revenue, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in a relevant sector. Previous experience of 2-5 years in the recruitment industry or a related industry sector is a plus.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment, fueled by a passion for exceeding targets.
• Is a team player, eager to learn, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You actively expand your professional network and effortlessly collaborate across diverse cultures and markets.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

- 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.

- Minimum of 6 to 9 years of hands-on proficiency with SAP Finance modules such as FI, CO, CO-PC, COPA, and PS is essential.

- Additional familiarity with TRM and FSCM modules like Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Collection Management is beneficial.

- A strong preference for candidates with experience in S/4HANA and multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Technical and Functional Expertise:

- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in SAP Controlling, covering Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.

- Demonstrated capability in deploying SAP Finance solutions and ensuring seamless integration with SD, MM, PP, PM modules to enhance product cost controlling and margin analysis.

- Skilled in leading business blueprint sessions, capturing and documenting business requirements, and crafting solutions enabled by SAP.

- Proficient in creating detailed project documentation including business process flows, training materials, and requirements specifications. Familiarity with project management practices is required.

- Extensive background in cost controlling and management accounting within an ERP framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Expertise in cost accounting, product costing/inventory valuation (Legal, Profit Centre, Group valuation), and margin analysis.

- Basic knowledge and experience with Central Finance.

- Previous experience in the FMCG or CPG industry will be considered an asset.
