About Department and Purpose of the Position

We are seeking a dynamic, resilient and highly dedicated Patient Service Associate to join our Specialist Outpatient Clinics.

As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors, with the key aim of providing excellence patient care and satisfaction.

• Counter Registration
• Perform registration and screening of patients
• Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments

Role & Responsibilities:

Overseeing all direct operated restaurant (DOR) brands culinary operations which may include food brands within Food Republic to manage the team with the highest of culinary standards.

This incumbant is expected to maintain complete knowledge of;

• All menu items available in the restaurant; primarily the DOR brands
• All menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation and prices
• Manage team schedules
• To ensure and establish cost control within all relevant culinary departments
• Overseeing and ensuring hygiene standards are of highest quality
• Establishing work safety measures for team
• Conducting food tasting
• Working together with management to create new product items
• Monitoring trend of sales and having improvement plans

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on back-of-house or kitchen working experiences
• Candidates with stir-fry or "zhi char" experience will be prioritise

Reporting to the Procurement team, you will assist and co-ordinate in the whole ordering cycle process with the suppliers. This includes:

• Providing product market trend and pricing
• Participate in cost-savings exercises and provide monthly report
• To develop, identify and manage Vendor performance
• Maintenance of master product & price list
• Evaluate quotations and tenders for best match, source for valued goods, negotiate purchase agreement to minimize cost while maintaining quality
• Handle new outlet opening & operation requirement
• Update SOP when required and any ad-hoc project assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma in any related discipline
• At least 2 year purchasing experience in hospitality/F&B industry
• Pro-active, meticulous and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (SAP will be an advantage)

Reporting to the Procurement team, you will assist and co-ordinate the team which includes:

• Provide administrative support to the procurement team.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
• Reviewing of purchase orders and making sure that they are complete and accurate before approving them.
• Maintain procurement records and process invoice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to commit 5 days a week, office hours.
• Proficiency in SAP will be an advantage but not a must
