In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

· Serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the branch location.

· Serves as the primary point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.

· Perform data analysis on local engine population and models that frequently worked-on to develop preparatory parts inventory list to support end customers

• Answer phone enquiries and orders professionally and efficiently with the use of good telephone techniques, customer service, speed and accuracy
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotations to customers promptly
• Process incoming and outgoing customer’s orders
• Manage daily operations and customer inquiries and requests
• Take orders from customers and coordinate with the various parties to ensure timely delivery.

• Generate picking lists and delivery orders for warehouse and transport departments

Requirements:
