• Respond to users’ requests and alarms, and report any fault to the supervisor
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and services including plumbing systems, and housekeeping service and equipment
• Conducting the necessary mitigations in order to make safe, isolate faulty and resume operation
• Troubleshoot and rectify minor maintenance issues such as bulb replacement, plumbing and part replacement
• Ensure the premises is kept clean at all times
• Assign duties to subordinates and supervise their work for conformance to prescribed standard of cleanliness
• Investigate complaints related to housekeeping service and equipment
• Perform cleaning duties in case of urgency or shortage of staff
• Develop and implement security measures for the premises
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned

Job Requirement

• Possess a NITEC or Higher NITEC in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as Building Technician or in similar capacity;
• Possess technical knowledge of general building systems;
• Familiar with building maintenance practices and safety procedures, would be preferred;
• Is organized and have good interpersonal skills;
• Is pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.

Job Description:

• To perform lobby, patrol and escort duties.
• To respond to needs of guests and request of departments/ or staff for security assistance.
• To check on carpark for suspicious activities.
• To issue security passes to contractors.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 6 days work week.
• Singaporeans and PR only.
• Valid Security License issued by PLRD/SIRD.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry.
• Positive attitude and able to take responsibility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage day-to-day estate matters, including the inspection, identify building defects, manage & supervise maintenance including improvement works done by contractors.
• Arrange and inspect the work for horticulture, pest control, conservancy cleaning, projects upgrading and other estate maintenance works.
• Attend and follow up on enquiries from residents.
• Carry out enforcement actions for common property and open spaces in accordance to Town Council by-laws.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC in Facilities Technology/ Building Management / Facilities Management or related.
• Fresh graduates and entry level in Diploma are welcome to apply. No experience needed as training will be provided.
• Working hours: Mon - Fri: 8am to 5pm AND one Saturday per month: 8am to 1pm.
• Must possess excellent communication skills as the officer will have to communicate with residents from time to time when needed.
• IT savvy.
