Job Description:

• Assist in the preparation of timely monthly management reports
• Prepare management & audit analysis schedules
• Assist in preparation of yearly budget
• Assist to prepare consolidated accounts
• Other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting , ACCA or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting system
• Preferably with at least 3 years’ accounting experience including consolidation of group accounts
• Hardworking , meticulous and able to work independently

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 0900hours to 1815hrs
• Fridays: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
• One Saturday Per month: 0900hrs to 1300hrs

Operations and account servicing role.

- Manage client requirements and communicate with client

- Plan and execute client projects

- Budgeting

- Liaison between internal and external stakeholders

- Assist and complete all other assigned tasks

- Must be able to work weekends and flexible working hours

Based in the office, you will help us with general administrative and tele-sales tasks:

- Take customer orders by phone.

- Process incoming mobile phone & email orders.

- Able to serve mandarin-speaking customers.

- Key orders into computer system.

- Provide sales support to sales team.

- Liaise with logistics teams on delivery.

- General administrative tasks, filing, data entry, printing of labels.

- Other ad-hoc office duties.

You should:

- Be details-oriented, meticulous and systematic.

We have a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm).

Role Description

This is a full-time Compliance Assistant role located in Singapore. Some remote work is acceptable. As a Compliance Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day compliance operations and reporting to fund managers and investors.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Help onboard new investors and keep them informed with regular updates.
• Make sure all documents are complete and organized.
• Help prepare and maintain compliance documentation, including reports, filings, and records.
• Support the compliance team in conducting regular investor screening and onboarding.
• Perform simple checks to ensure new investors meet all necessary requirements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the compliance team.

Qualifications
