Job Description

· Seek opportunity to improve and enhance the work structure, in terms of the working hours, the shift detailing and the support of the team to support the operations.

· To be responsible for the response to the voices of customer/end users, process, employee, finance and sub-con/specialist and monitor, accessing the performance with balanced score card.

· To manage and monitor the operational costs and expenses against budget.

· To work closely with client to identify areas of opportunities to improve the facilities and all engineering system and generate additional revenue by securing additional works

· Work with the area operations to address fix IT program and support in term of system deliverables.

Job Requirements

· Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Services Estates Management) with minimum five (5) years’ experience in supervision works. Minimum of ten (10) years working experience.

The Role:

• Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, completion, and maintenance of projects
• Manage scope and quality in alignment with stakeholders and manage risks and issues along the entire lifecycle and help the team remove blockers and solve problems

• Drive detailed technical discussions and manage the team to deliver a successful implementation

Job Requirements:

• Possess more than 3 years of application project management experience.
• Possess at least 1 full Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience in systems integration and/or implementation.
• Knowledgeable in networks, network products or development of products.
• Familiar with network infrastructure.
• Strong management skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed project goals.
• Project management certification like PMP or equivalent.
• ITIL and CISSP is an added advantage.
• Work Location: Jurong East.
