• Support in escalations from Clients via emails & calls
• Facility client's renewal: Follow-up with appointed Carrier to ensure 100% completion for renewal with proper documentation and billings.

Support Consultants in the following works

• Renewal process: Perform technical review (i.e. data accuracy) on all renewal reports prepared by Global Delivery Centre (Manila)
• Prepare Pricing Tool Checklist to facilitate Consultants’ renewal review of clients.

We are looking for a savvy marketer with a passion for storytelling and creating content – from social media strategy to execution, content curation, video production, website management, copywriting, and email marketing.

What the role involves

This is a pivotal role within the marketing team. You'll own our organic social channels and be given the scope to try new things all in the name of driving engagement and growth. You will work closely with the national marketing team to execute the national marketing strategy, with the opportunity to help create, deploy, and cross-promote innovative content strategies across our various social channels and websites.

Responsibilities

· Develop the social media strategy for the Virtus Health Singapore’s brands. Responsible for

the implementation of the social media strategy and calendar, ensuring current

brand campaigns are aligned.

· Responsible for the day to day running of Virtus Health Singapore’s social media

accounts, including content copywriting, design, image and video sourcing, scheduling,

and community management.

· Balance out being planned and organised in our content calendar with being able to

be reactive to content that hits relevance for the moment (knowing that timing is

everything in social!).

· Provide regular reporting on all activity and use data to drive content optimisation

and relevance.

· Support the marketing plan to drive consumer enquiries and referrals, raising the profile

of Virtus Health Singapore’s operations.

· Content creation to increase the profile of our suite of fertility specialists using paid and

owned digital channels.

· Generation of high-quality content for a range of purposes from web, social, video, email,

and print marketing.

· Identifying content opportunities to improve reach and engagement.

· Support the Communications Manager to drive and execute the content strategy by

producing written blog, audio, and video content for all channels.

· Together, with the Digital Marketing Manager, execute the digital content and

campaign strategy including producing audio and video content, design, and creation of ads.

· Ensure accurate tone of voice across all content and communications for patients,

consumers, and referral networks.

Requirements

· You are a positive and proactive person with a strategic mindset who wants to deliver

· A confident communicator with a high level of interpersonal, relationship management

skills and a proven capacity to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

· You know your way around a camera to capture engaging video and social media content.

· A proven track record in creating compelling messages for different target audiences

across multiple mediums.

· Understanding of all engagement metrics to measure and report on performance.

· You are organised with excellent project management skills and enjoy working in a

fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail – the little things matter.

· 4+ years’ experience working in a social media or content marketing role.

· Degree in marketing or communications.

Senior Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst

We will count on you to:

• Assists the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering, and analyzing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projects. Involves increased focus on analysis of results and managing portions of projects; reviews the work of junior analysts.
• Gathers utilization or rate data from the vendors via a Request for Proposal (RFP); interpret the meaning of the data and summarize the responses from the RFP in Excel or PowerPoint format for presentation to the client.
• Develops cost projections and evaluation of vendor renewal workups; results are used as part of client meetings.
• Demonstrates project management and consulting skills such as managing the quality and timeliness of client deliverables; helps to develop budget and billing reports; participates in calls and meetings as appropriate; assists with the preparation and delivery of clear and concise communications and resolves most claim issues but can escalate more complex issues to senior consultants as needed.
• Gathers design data from the client and current vendors needed for analyzing the impact of a client's consolidation and/or marketing of its healthcare plans; typically involves organizing plan design details and costs in Excel for further analysis by the team; responsibilities also include checking data for reasonableness and follow-up with vendors regarding missing or inaccurate data.
• Learns the basics of products, services, and tools - gain an understanding of vendor/carrier markets, basic underwriting and financial skills, products, services and technical tools, and intranet resources and participates in training courses, online learning, or through learning from more experienced colleagues.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of Regional Client Management experience, preferably from Health and Benefit insurance or Employee Benefits business.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including senior stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, both independently and in a team environment
• Capacity to manage competing priorities with strong time management skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
