We are construction metal / aluminum/ stainless steel / glass fabrication and installation works company .Now looking Contracts Manager or Assistant Contracts Manager who experienced in Metal Works /structural steel / stainless steel and aluminium architectural works for Condos & HDB building project.

Scope of works :

1) Lead and drive the contract management work

2) Handle new tender for new project with awarded contracts

3) Review of quotation for before submission

4) Prepare project costing

5) Review and compare awarded contracts for Variation request Order and an omission order

6) To work closely with QS for progress claim in supervising and managing QS performance

7) Contract management : Draft, vet and scrutinize contract agreements

8) To update and administer both pre- and post- contract administration work for Term contracts and minor improvement works

Requirement :

1) Construction related experience advantageous

2) At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
