About this job:
As an Ecommerce Assistant / Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce website as well as managing our Shopee and Lazada accounts.

You will learn and support in driving online sales, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our online store. You will also be required to learn and executive online marketing strategies for our brand.

Essential Task

· Uploading of New and Upcoming products to eCommerce Platform

· Ensure Pricing and Stock are accurate on all platforms

· Handle and fulfill daily enquires from Customers

· Invoicing and Preparation of eCommerce daily orders (Waybills,etc)

Online Marketing

· Participate in Content Creation

· Support the participation of online marketing campaigns and other online marketing strategy.

· Analyse web traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

· Assist in the development of promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Job requirement

Social media and digital marketing duties

• Manage social media marketing and content strategy.
• Plan for social media ad buys, which include follow-up such as monitoring, optimizing and reporting.
• Develop and recommend marketing activities to increase online sales.
• Create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Assist in Google Adwords and user engagement and suggest content optimization efforts.
• Work closely with sales, operations and marketing teams across the organisation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties within marketing such as support for events.

Web content management duties:

• Maintains content for the company’s e-Commerce website, with responsibilities for technological aspects as well as site content.
• Ongoing web strategy and overseeing website operation, with particular attention to content and site maintenance.
• Updates website content, including information, images, calendar content, schedules, graphics, etc., according to the changing needs of the promotions
• Stay knowledgeable about the site's subject area.

Job Scope:

• Washing all pans or utensils that come into contact with food, and scraping identifiers off everything
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours

The company is currently seeking for a skilled and creative GUI Programmer to join the software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining intuitive and visually appealing graphical user interfaces for the software applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain graphical user interfaces for software applications.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of GUI components to guarantee responsiveness, usability, and an optimal user experience.
• Analyze project requirements Design, develop and test the multitasking Windows desktop applications for industrial equipment (WPF).
• Understand and interface with third party embedded controllers using their Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a related field is advantageous.
• Experience in vision-related technologies and developing windows applications for industrial / automation equipment using C#, Windows Presentation Foundation and .NET Framework.
• Has good understanding on Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, RS-232, Camera interface and any of motion controller interface protocols like Epson, ABB, Beckhoff etc.
• Knowledge in MODBUS, SECS/GEM and other industrial protocols is added advantage.
• Good in process mapping and software design concepts
