Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Liaise with teachers on make-up classes, absentees, and other logistical matters.
• Manages student databases, track payment status, attendance and assist to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle student registration.
• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
• Respond to walk-in queries promptly, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Respond to WhatsApp queries from parents and students in a timely and informative manner.
• Prepare lesson materials by printing and stapling worksheets, ensuring timely availability for teaching staff.
• Assist teachers in classroom when required.
• Opening and locking up the center.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude in handling administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with parents and students.
• Availability to work on weekends to support the operational needs of the center.

Working Hours:

• 5 days for Singapore Citizens
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays

Salary:

• SGD$1,900 to SGD$2,300
