JOB DESCRIPTION:

The individual is required to have solid and up-to-date organic search tactics and will lead Verz SEO team to establish effective SEO plans and strategies to be aligned with the objective of the business to improve the company's and clients’ website search engine results including organic search rankings, qualified organic traffic, organic conversions, etc, execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify SEO trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.

He/She will be part of day-to-day execution and maintenance of SEO strategies, including keyword research, analysis, portfolio management, and opportunity analysis. He/She will work closely with the developers and our Sales team to communicate technical and campaign details to our clients and implement the initiatives underlying the SEO strategy. The SEO expert will be responsible for the ongoing reporting of performance and evolution of the SEO strategy to achieve KPI's determined by the client and/or the Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set and execute strategies to improve the organic rankings and search traffic
• Onsite Optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO
• Copy Editing, sitemaps review/maintenance
• Keyword research to identify and discover new targeting keywords and explore content

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years technical SEO experience working with clients in different industries
• Excellent time management and communication skills required
• Tactical/Technical implementation experience in working with multiple complicated sites

• Experience working with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahref

• Search and explore new business opportunities with non-Japanese companies

Change Management
