• Evaluate, monitor and analyse market risk in the Bank.
• Perform market risk related control, including limit review, limit monitoring and control all approved limits and escalate of limit breaches.
• Perform system data validation and enhancements, develop and enhance systems and templates to capture and monitor risk data.
• Conduct regular stress testing, perform data and scenario analysis.
• Prepare risk report in a timely manner.
• Risk management committees related preparation (presentation slide and committee's meeting minutes etc.).
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Finance, Mathematics or related discipline.
• Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, and CFA will be advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in market risk management in Banks.
• Strong Treasury products and derivatives knowledge.
• Good Excel, VBA, Access skills will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to balance numerous tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner. Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
• Co-ordinate administrative activities and ensure the cleanliness of the reception areas and meeting rooms
• Setup video conferencing and other logistic arrangements as required for the meetings, e.g. arrangement of in-house catering services, arrange beverages for visitors, etc.
• Assist various departments in managing the booking schedule of all the meeting rooms
• Collect and receive all mails, courier, parcels and trade documents and deliver them to the correct officer in charge
• Record and time stamp all inward and outward mails, courier, parcels and trade documents
• General office work includes data entry, coordination of expenses payment, filing, order of stationery, toners & pantry supplies, etc.

• Possess reception administration experience and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Words / ExcelCustomer-oriented, pleasant personality with excellent telephone manners

Job Purpose

Work closely with departments to provide efficient and timely operational support on recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, payroll and HR administration.

You will ensure all HR practices are aligned and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and exit processes, which includes manpower planning, orientation, confirmation,performance management and offboarding.
• Maintain and upkeep of employee records. This includes all HR Reports and MOM surveys.
• Assist with daily operations of the HR functions e.g. employee enquiries, grievances and complaints, and all work-related HR issues.
• Work with line managers to identify training needs and addressing competency gaps.
• Drive a fun and caring work environment, supporting an inclusive workplace culture.
• Organize engagement initiatives, activities and programs to support organizational objectives.
• Advise line managers on HR matters relating to Singapore’s labour laws, Employment Act, Immigration, CPF, etc.
• Maintain complete and updated employee records relating to remuneration.
• Perform monthly payroll computation of various cost centers.
• Responsible for timely tax filing (including but not limited to IR21 and IR8A), CPF submission, all government claims and statutory pay requirements.
• Support annual and ad-hoc internal/ external payroll audit.
• Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested.

• Essential skills in network routing protocols ISIS, OSPF, eBGP/iBGP, FRR, BFD, LDP, RSVP, VLL and VPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN, QoS, MPLS
• Proven ISP transit will be a bonus
