• We are seeking a highly analytical and organised individual to join us as Digital Project Manager (Contract) to work on exciting Digital Transformation Projects.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of key digital build projects to achieve the company's growth objectives.
• The appointed candidate will also work closely with the Technology & Data leadership team and business stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging and interactive customer-facing solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule and adhere to internal processes & standards such as Agile / SDLC framework and cybersecurity best practices.
• Collaborate with team members, software architect, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner.
• Collaborate actively with business users to propose potential improvements / alternative solutions and technologies to bring about high-quality system solutions.
• Work on integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects.
• Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, raise attention for escalations, where possible.
• Anticipate, manage, negotiate and mitigate project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track.
• Provide secretariat support for Project meetings.
• Provide support in conducting Feasibility Studies, Industry Benchmarking / Research and Pilots.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with good appreciation of business needs and strong experience in digital build.
• Candidates with more experience may be appointed at Senior Manager level.
• Industry certifications in the following or equivalent will be a plus. (i.e. PMP, CITPM, Agile, SCRUM, COBIT, ITIL Change Management, Design Thinking etc).
• End-to-end systems implementation experience (of both SaaS and COTS solution) in two or more of the following business domain areas in the Sports, Entertainment and Lifestyle industry will be advantageous:

- Point-of-Sales (for consumer F&B and events catering), includes onsite and mobile POS equipment.

- Digital signage systems and content management system.

- Public customer facing (Web, App and Digital Maps) for commercial venues.

- Customer relationship management system (CRM), and Marketing Automation.

- Digital twin, video analytics for public safety, people counting etc.

- Retail mall systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Address project-related issues promptly and effectively to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Knowledge in AWS, and/or is a certified SysOps Administrator Associate
• Certified in Python Programming as some projects might involve expertise in this programming language.
• Comfortable to read, type and converse in Mandarin as multiple internal stakeholders are stationed in China.
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
• Shift Work might be required for this role due to the job nature and the requirements to liaise with various stakeholders around APAC and Australia.

Job Description:

• Providing frontline assistance to end- users, attending to queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving hardware, software, or network related problems.
• Installing, updating, and/or configuring software applications on users' devices, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their tasks efficiently.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting hardware faults on devices such as computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting network-related issues, including connectivity problems, internet outages, and LAN/WAN performance degradation.
• Creating, updating and managing user accounts on various systems and applications, including password resets and access permissions.
• Implementing/maintaining IT security measures to protect systems and data from potential cyber security threats, including installing and updating antivirus software and conducting periodic security audits.
• Ensuring data integrity and implementing backup/recovery procedures to prevent data loss. Additionally, helping users recover lost or corrupted data when required.
• Assist users with mobile device setup, configuration and troubleshooting issues, including but not limited to email synchronization and app installations.
• Provide assistance to issues raised by remote or off-shore employees, analyze and resolve issues via remote access tools or phone support.
• Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software assets, tracking asset status and managing hardware and software licenses.
• Creating and updating documentation for common IT procedures, troubleshooting guides and system configurations to assist users.
• Conducting training sessions or creating resources to educate users on IT best practices, software usage, and security awareness.
• Liaising with third-party vendors on hardware, software and services related queries/requirements, including support contracts and warranty claims.
• Ensure IT practices and procedures comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Identifying areas of improvement in IT support processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and user satisfactions.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology.
• Preferably with 2 years’ relevant work experience.
