We invite applications for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role in CQM. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the administration role for Healthcare Commercial Cloud (HCC). HCC is a commercial cloud platform operating in AWS and Azure with customized infrastructure to support healthcare staff and organisations. HCC enables healthcare organisations to leverage on commercial cloud services while ensuring security compliances are met. The successful candidate will perform a variety of functions, including but not limited to the following:

• Design, develop and operate cloud security technologies, solutions and services in HCC AWS and Azure in accordance with the relevant Healthcare cloud security policies and standards, cloud architecture standards and guidelines.
• Manage the AWS Management Console, AWS data storage (S3) and virtual machine (EC2) to enable research collaborators through Research Gateway.
• Enable AWS cloud infrastructure for different researchers within and across teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with strong technical knowledge in AWS and Azure for the following areas: a) Workload management & operation: backup & recovery, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, patch management, key management, cert management, secret management, logs and alerts management, virtualization, storage, and databases. b) Identity & access control, directory services, account & access management. c) Policy management, Governance, compliance, and data privacy.
• Possess strong knowledge and experience in AWS and Azure Well Architected Framework, best practices, and Application Infrastructure Architecture Standard (AIAS). Specific experience in the government / healthcare sector will be advantageous.
• Prior experience in designing and building web environments on AWS, which includes working with services like S3 and EC2.

Production and Sanitation Procedures

· Assist in collecting records and data relating to SOPs for food quality and safety to meet requirements such as SFA, AVS and ISO 22000.

• -Review, investigate, resolve and identify the root cause of any problems which may be causing nonconforming products, thereby maintaining quality standards
• -Assist in evaluating operating procedures and ensure systems are implemented to control overall quality of product, to meet customer’s requirements

Food Consistency and Quality

· Conduct inspections for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.

· Contribute to root-cause analyses of customer complaints, providing quality assessments and proposing solutions to prevent future occurrences.

· Liaise with laboratory partners on food quality markers in all aspects, from sample preparation and submission and to mount an appropriate response based on the test results

· Conduct audits and assessments of quality for all suppliers of raw and packaging materials.

· Recommend systematic measures and initiatives to enhance product quality.

· Prepare a monthly quality report for submission to the management team, including updates on KPIs, performance, internal and external audit information and more.

Production planning and schedule

· Collaborate with various departments, customers, suppliers, and government regulatory bodies to prioritize quality within the company.

• -Ensure the equipment preventive and corrective maintenance program is functioning and carried out.

· Analyse production output versus sales to strategically plan production schedules to optimise warehouse and inventory use.

Person Specification

- At least a diploma in Food Science or related, Veterinary Nurse/Tech diploma also accepted.

We are looking for highly-motivated and enthusiastic individuals with good AI/machine learning/deep learning skills to work on a new initiative on developing an AI approach for scoring of tumor epitope immunogenicity, aiming to better inform the cancer vaccine formulation and predict treatment response.
