The Research Officer in Computational Immunology/Bioinformatics will play a key role in advancing our research projects by conducting expert analyses of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data. This includes single-cell RNA sequencing, T-/B-cell receptor analysis, long-read sequencing, and spatial omics analysis using imaging data. The fellow will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of leading immunologists, oncologists, and AI scientists, contributing to pioneering research that utilizes diverse data types, ranging from cell lines to clinical samples. Successful candidate will work with a team of data scientists and data engineers to develop AI platform for hospitals and clinical trials.
