• Process all travel agent commission payments on a weekly basis.

Credit cards:

• Ensure that all credit card transactions are verified for completeness and the accounts formally reconciled on a daily basis.
• Calculate and accurately post commissions.
• Processing of credit card charges for Deposit and payments accurately.
• Promptly investigate and address all credit card disputes and charge backs.
• Collate all necessary paperwork to justify credit card refunds and obtain sign off from the management for refunds.

Key Job Requirements

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff

• Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date;

Job Description:

• Order processing duties including but not limited to order entry, order amendments, order status notification, and order expediting.
• Attend and respond to all enquiries and customers’ feedback by telephone, fax and emails on timely manner.
• Provide professional service and advice to customers pertaining to products.
• Preparation of quotation and send to customers by telephone, fax or email.
• Follow-up on outstanding order and perform call-backs to customers if necessary.
• Perform close follow-up and internal co-ordination with customers, logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum “O” / Diploma levels.

Plan, direct and coordinate quality control program for HSE program to ensure continuous production of products is consistent with established standards. Comfortable working for 4 days at Jurong East and 1 day at Loyang manufacturing plants.

• Handle all customer safety questions that arise.
• Schedule and monitor safety programs such as Defensive Driving Program, Safety Training Programs, etc.
• Ensure that all OSHA logs are maintained and updated.
• Review and distribute accident reports.
• Work with upper management, managers, and supervisors to safety programs, training, and employee orientation is conducted in a consistent fashion.
• Responsible for filing EPA, DOT, and OSHA reports as required.
• Attend conferences and maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments and changes in safety field.
• Know and understand Corporate Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
