Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day

We are currently seeking a dedicated Corporate Services Manager to play a critical role in overseeing the financial, human resource, governance, IT, and operational administration of our Council.

Financial Management and Control:

• Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and compliance with standards and operating procedures.
• Oversee daily financial operations, encompassing accounting, reporting, ensuring precision, timeliness, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Human Resource Policies and Administration:

• Implement and oversee salary and bonus frameworks.

Others:

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure the proper management of insurance, IT, and data management systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related, from a recognised University, preferably with professional accounting certification

• Assist the Resident Engineer and Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Resident Engineer and/or Consultant team.
