• Planning project flows, incl. deadlines and resources
• Responsible for change, claim and escalation management, deadline monitoring, costs, and quality control, budget adherence, and optimization

• Implementation of strategic project management topics in the region Asia Pacific
• Supporting and consulting internal and external interfaces
• To be involved in process designing calculations such as thermodynamics, flow mechanics, mass balances, equipment sizing, and various unit operations
• Good technical knowledge in Process Design, assembly drawing, good management systems, and teamwork
• Depending on the candidate’s experience and skills, the candidate may start with managing smaller projects before progressively managing more complex ones.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a Diploma in related Engineering fields
• A minimum of 10 to 25 years of related work experience in project management
• Comprehensive understanding of Process Engineering in a liquid food and/ or Beverage plant
• High familiarity with tools in project management
• Experience in process management-related environments

Reporting to the Group Supervisor, the Program Coordinator / Community Connector (CC) is to connect with the seniors, the community and partners to empower seniors to age in their community.

• Plan and conduct outreach to raise awareness about centre programmes and services and to enrol new seniors as centre members
• Conduct basic assessment to identify socially isolated seniors and those with needs.
• Collaborate with grassroots, community partners and service providers to build up community network, which includes initiating and coordinating community engagement efforts

• Organise activities at Eldercare centre and off-site locations.
• Co-create activities with volunteers.

Befriending and Buddying to prevent social isolation.

• Manage volunteers to provide befriending/buddying services.

Care and Support to ensure seniors with needs are supported.

• Provide information and referral service and follow-up with referrals made.
