• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in the Hotel industry.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Working Location: Caldecott
Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $5,000 per month

Responsibilities:

· Scan and synthesise social science research literature

· Design survey questionnaire, and coordinate the conduct of fieldwork

· Conduct research and in-depth data tabulations and processing to address project needs

· Conduct and review data collection, processing and management of data, to generating tailored reports

· Management of projects and timelines

· Stakeholder management: Work with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., academics, consultants and research companies) on selected projects

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Sociology / Economics / Social Work or other relevant disciplines.

· Experience in conducting literature reviews.

· Experience in processing and managing datasets

· Proficient in any statistical data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R, Python)

· Prior experience in designing, conducting or managing surveys would be an advantage

· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)
