Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Responsibilities

Ensures agreements are tracked and action taken if planned delivery is not on schedule. Documents, monitors, and reports on the performance and status of acceptance.

Maintains knowledge of partners, industry trends, and competitive environment.

Ensures all internal functions effectively support the delivery of the account objectives.

Develops proposals and negotiates agreements to maximize acceptance growth.

Manages and builds relationships with new and existing partners. Maintains a sales pipeline and recommends actions to close gaps. Manages, budgets and forecasts processes.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field

8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Strategy, or related field

In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Strategy, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field

-Answering all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

-Proactively engaging all walk-in enquiries and promoting our classes and services

-Understand the customer’s needs and recommend the most suitable lessons, instrument, schedule, teacher, and package accordingly

-Problem-solve when it comes to challenging situations and/or customers

Working Location: Central / East / West / North

Hourly Rate: $11.50 per hour

Able to commit immediately till end April 2024 (Subject to extension)

Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their enquiries on schemes and services of the company

• NO SALES INVOLVED

• Training will be provided

Requirements:

• GCE ”O” Level and above

• Preferably with Customer Service experience in the service industry

• Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers

• Excellent team player who is task-orientated

• Possess Good Customer Service Skills
