We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our Group HR team to support the manpower needs of the Group through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

Jobs Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy and planning, lead. manage and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions such as recruitment & selection, compensation and benefit, staff relations, performance management and training & development;
• Ensure that talent management programmes and incentive schemes are in place which would include ensuring a robust performance management system and coaching of key staff for better performance;
• Participant in the review and update of HR policies, SOPs and processes across the organization;
• Work closely with various departments as the HR Business Partner to provide general HR and administrative support;
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and government regulations pertaining to employment practices and regulations;
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during company’s audit cycle for HR functions;
• Responsible for company business licence and accreditation application, renewal and related audits;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist role for an organisation in Singapore;
• Experience in leading a team at Assistant Manager or Manager level
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various groups of stakeholders and staff;
• Possess a high level of responsibility and integrity;
• A team player who is meticulous, resourceful and independent worker;
• Possess strong spoken and written communication skill.

Objectives of the position:

Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for all the employees in Tuas. The person will also be responsible for the Administration of the Offices in Tuas. Will be a Single Point of Contact for all our employees in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training, Compensation, and benefits for employees & temp staff in Tuas
• Support the management in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment
• Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining meticulous records
• Monitor and administer work pass applications/ renewals/cancellations via WPOL
• Handle the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury,etc
• Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required
• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems
• General office management such as ordering stationery, pantries, and others
• Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database & Management of the TMS through the HR Infotech & provide accurate details for Salary Processing
• Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system
• Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's transportation operations
