Purpose of Job: Supervise in Laundry operation to process soiled linen and prepare cleaned linen for delivery according to customers' specification and requirement.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate laundry's machinery and equipment.
• Sort soiled linen according to specification prior to the washing process.
• Conduct quality control on cleaned linen before delivery according to quality standards.
• Packing of linen to be delivered to customers.
• Remove any unacceptable linen (stained/torn/poor finishing) and foreign objects detected during the process.
• Loading of washed linen and unloading of soiled linen from laundry vehicles daily.
• Wash and sanitizing of linen trolleys daily where applicable.
• Check, count and prepare delivery order for cleaned linen before delivery.
• Perform job rotation as required. Able to perform shift work and working on weekend and Public Holidays.
• Required to work in a standing position for long hours.
• Able to perform duty at customers site on soiled linen collection and distribute cleaned linen when required.
• Ensure timely and accurate checking of monthly summary report provided by laundry vendors against delivery orders received.
• Ensure timely and accurate checking of delivery orders against packing lists items
• Ensure adequate linen items are delivered to users at all times. Ensure linens are store neat and tidy.
• Prepare monthly staff roster.
• Follow WSH practices and regulations. Identify and recognize workplace risks and hazards if any.
• Complete and submit daily,weekly and monthly reports
• To perform any other duties as directed by manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure new employees are trained properly
• Follow up on the training progress of employees
• Ensure compliance in all areas, Company policies and procedures
• Uphold safety, hygiene and cleanliness as required by NEA regulations and company requirements
• Preparing of business reports and other ad-hoc duties
• Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management
• Upon completion of all basic training, set new goals and objectives with the management for your progression in the company

Responsibilities:

• Achieve the shop sales and objectives that are set by the company
• Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the shop

• Possess strong product knowledge, selling skills and able to manage optimal stock level in the shop
• Coach and counsel the team members for optimal shop performance
• Assist superior by performing the duties and tasks that are assigned at any time

• Content planning and copywriting for social media platforms such as IG, Tiktok
• Develop creative marketing content
• Product photography
• Graphic design
• Keeping up with social media trends/functions
• Knowledge on video production
• Collaborate with influencers and other stakeholders to create video contents

Requirements:

• Familiar with social media platforms (e.g IG, Tiktok is a plus)
• Product photography
• Graphic design (Adobe PS/AI)
• Adobe Premiere Pro would be a plus
• Highly motivated and target driven
